Return & Refund Policy
Our policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds for custom services.

Thank you for choosing SYBconnect. Our platform connects customers with professional service providers for custom signage, design, and CGI services. Due to the custom nature of the work, our policies are as follows:
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund under the following conditions:
- Before Enterprise Acceptance: If you cancel your project request before it has been accepted by a service provider (enterprise), you are eligible for a full refund of any amount paid.
- Before Production Begins: You may cancel your order after it has been accepted by an enterprise but BEFORE any physical production or substantive design work has commenced. A cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative or initial design consultation costs.
- Once production or significant work has started on your custom project, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns
As all our products and services are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns. Each project is fabricated for a specific client and cannot be restocked or resold. We urge you to review all proofs and project details carefully before giving your final approval.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed only under specific circumstances:
- Non-Delivery of Service: If the service provider fails to deliver the final product or service as agreed upon, a full or partial refund may be issued after a thorough investigation by SYBconnect.
- Damaged Product: If the product arrives with significant damage due to shipping, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. The return of the damaged item will be arranged by the service provider, who will then be responsible for repair or replacement.
- Significant Discrepancy: If the final product has significant deviations from the approved final design proof, please contact us immediately. We will mediate with the service provider to find a resolution, which may include a partial refund, repair, or replacement.
Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with a design that was approved by the client prior to production.
4. How to Request a Resolution
To report an issue with your order, please contact SYBconnect customer service through our Contact Page. Please include your Order ID and a detailed description of the issue. We are committed to ensuring a fair outcome for both our customers and service providers.
