Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
This document outlines the terms and conditions for partnership with SYBconnect.
This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is effective from the date of registration on the platform, between:
Aggregator:

Service Provider (Vendor):
The company, entity, or individual registering as a service provider on the SYBconnect platform.
Purpose:
To establish a working agreement where the Aggregator (SYBconnect) provides client leads for signage work to the Service Provider. In return, the Service Provider executes the work and shares a percentage of the revenue with the Aggregator.
Terms of Agreement:
- The Service Provider agrees to provide high-quality signage design, production, and installation services as per the client's requirements and the project specifications provided by the Aggregator.
- The Aggregator (SYBconnect) will receive a 15% commission on the total pre-tax invoice value of the project. This commission is payable within 7 business days of the Service Provider receiving full payment from the client.
- The Aggregator is a facilitator and will not be responsible for any costs related to raw materials, labor, logistics, transportation, or any other operational expenses incurred by the Service Provider.
- The Service Provider agrees to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct, ensure timely communication with both the client and the Aggregator, and meet all project deadlines.
- Any dispute arising from a project or this agreement will first be addressed through mutual discussion between the Aggregator and the Service Provider to find an amicable resolution.
- By registering on the platform, the Service Provider acknowledges and accepts all the terms laid out in this Memorandum of Understanding.
